Ivoclar North America
The project involved the addition of 3 spaces to an existing  North American corporate headquarters.  The main addition was a manufacturing, packaging and shipping/receiving facility.  This addition incorporated automated inventory and packaging equipment.  The second addition incorporated a new education assembly space for seminars and lectures.  The third addition included a new main entrance for the facility that allowed for a more secure and user friendly access point.

The project involved the interior renovation of an existing 2-story office space into a residential sleeping unit on the second story and the addition of a handicap accessible toilet room and kitchenette within the existing first story space below.

Airport Office Park Square Footage Analysis
Using BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) standards, an existing office building was measured and the square footages for usable, net, and gross square footages were determined for the purpose of establishing accurate leasing rates.

Airport Office Park Bridge Connector Study
This feasibility study involved the possible connection between two adjacent office buildings in a 6-building office park.  After determining the existing on-site utility locations and the building floor elevations, a feasibility study and design proposal was provided for the most efficient location for a connecting structure.

The Market Arcade*
Construction documents for the interior renovations of office space located within Buffalo's only covered shopping arcade.  Built in 1892 by Edward B. Green and William S. Wicks, the Neo-Classical/Beaux-Arts building required special attention to any detailing in the interior renovations for historical appropriateness and sensitivity. Work performed on behalf of Foit-Albert Associates.
