Project Manager, project architect, project designer for the renovation of an existing laboratory space at the Carnegie University's Pittsburgh Technology Campus building located on Second Ave.along the Monongahela River.  Work performed for Renaissance 3 Architects.

1-1W Laboratory; Veterans Affairs Health Care System*
Project Architect.  This project consisted of the renovation of the Veterans Affairs hospital laboratories, located in Pittsburgh's Oakland neighborhood.  This included the renovation of existing lab space with completely new finishes and casework and some renovation that was cosmetic only in nature.  The project also consisted of new lab hoods, mechanical systems, plumbing systems and radiological needs.  Work was completed in 2002.  Work performed for Renaissance 3 Architects.
